Refunds issued are only for the cost of the item (no refund on postage and packing charges). Its recommended to return the item by recorded delivery or another secure delivery method. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
Please note earrings are not refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Please note Tiger Milly do not hold our stock. Therefore if items bought from us are returned back to Tiger Milly, they will have to deduct postage costs from your refund to cover the cost of forwarding that item onto us. Please understand Tiger Milly cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost/stolen when posted by them to us.
