A couple of notes on returns:
In addition to your right of cancellation under clause 4 in our T&C's. and your other statutory rights, we will refund to you the price for the Product less postage and packing on the following conditions:
1. Please complete the returns form within your package and indicate how you wish to proceed with your return. Our address is on the form and the item can be returned to the address shown - we do not pay for return postage.
2. Returns are accepted within 30 days. The items/product should be returned from you unworn, with all security tags still affixed and in place. The item is should be in the same condition as the product was sent to you - including original packaging.
3. We do not accept returns for jewellery this is strictly for hygiene purposes.
4. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the following due to sanitation issues; any beauty items, swimwear, lingerie & hosiery.
5. Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund or exchange the item for a different size or colour, depending on your instructions.
6. All returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt. When your return has been processed you will be informed by email.
7. Items that are returned to us after 30 days or fall outside our return policy will not be refunded, unless you have contacted us and this has been agreed with Maggie Ann Vintage.
8. Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless previously agreed with Maggie Ann Vintage.
Please note Tiger Milly do not hold our stock. Therefore if items bought from us are returned back to Tiger Milly, they will have to deduct postage costs from your refund to cover the cost of forwarding that item onto us. Please understand Tiger Milly cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost/stolen when posted by them to us.
