UK Customers:

Our standard postage is FREE to all UK addresses and all items will be posted via SECOND class delivery within 1-3 days after receiving your order. First Class postage generally takes 2-3 days to arrive. If you do require your fab new purchase even sooner, you can also upgrade to FIRST CLASS FOR just £1.99 per item (Dispatched time is generally within 1-2 days of being ordered).

You need your fab purchase the very next day? With our Royal Mail next day delivery, you are covered to have it the next day delivered. The cut-off dispatch time is 12:30 PM, order placed after 12:30 PM will be dispatched the following day. Please provide us with all the contact details like mobile number and email address so you can receive all notifications of your parcel from Royal-Mail.


You need you fab purchase the next day(SATURDAY)? With our Royal Mail Saturday delivery, you are covered to have it on Saturday. The cut-off dispatch time is 12:30 PM, order placed after 12:30 PM Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Please provide us with all the contact details like mobile number and email address so you can receive all notifications of your parcel from Royal-Mail. Please choose the ROYAL-MAIL SATURDAY DELIVERY OPTION AT CHECKOUT.


We use Royal Mail to send all items and whilst they are extremely efficient there can be some delays. Please be assured that we solve all problems. Please contact us after 1 week to give it a chance to arrive. We also recommend that you check with your local sorting office because if you weren’t in whilst delivery was attempted, your parcel would have been sent there for you to collect. If a delivery has been attempted please contact Royal mail to re-arrange delivery. PLEASE NOTE – We are unable to contact Royal mail on your behalf and can only refund after the package is returned to us if not collected. If it is not collected and returned to us, we will require a postage payment to re-send your item. If your item hasn’t arrived after 15 working days (28 days for International customers) it will be considered lost in the post and we will file a claim with Royal Mail and send you a replacement.

International Customers:

EUROPE – Expected delivery is 3-7 working days. 

REST OF THE WORLD – expected delivery is 8-25 working days, depending on location. Please contact us for a more accurate delivery schedule if required

Returns & Exchange Policy:

How do I return my order?

It's really easy to return your item. Please complete the returns form within your package and indicate how you wish to proceed with your return. Our address is on the form and the item can be returned to the address and we will process your return within three working days of receipt once the item has been inspected and approved for refund. To be approved for a refund item must be in their original unworn condition, which includes all tags and packaging such as clear display bags and shoe boxes. Worn and damaged items will be returned to sender, at sender's cost, without exception. Refunds do not cover postage costs* the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a recorded service and packing your item with due care. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. Special conditions for returns - please read carefully:

Please return your item within 30 days of receipt. 

Items being returned from outside of the UK must be marked as "Returned Goods" so as not to incur customs charges. We are unable to accept items for which insufficient postage has been paid or for which there are customs charges. We request that you do NOT use FedEx to return items for this reason. 

Please ensure that your item is completely unworn and undamaged. This includes but is not limited to broken buttons or beading, and zips, tears and obvious signs of misuse. We are unable to accept items which have been worn, covered with animal hairs, soiled or damaged - they will be returned to sender at the sender's expense, and no refund will be issued. 

You will receive the item with a special "FITTING TAGS'', please ensure that the item has the tag intact
. returns are not accepted if it is removed and will be sent back to the sender.

*Refunds will cover postage costs in the only case where an incorrect item has been sent. 

All items are thoroughly quality checked before sending, however, in the rare event of an item being received in a faulty state, please contact us immediately for a like-for-like replacement. If the original item is not available, a full refund will be issued once the item is received back, and we will cover postage costs on submission of postage receipts.

Merchant Returns

 Please note Tiger Milly do not hold our stock. Therefore if items bought from us are returned back to Tiger Milly, they will have to deduct postage costs from your refund to cover the cost of forwarding that item to us. Please understand Tiger Milly cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost/stolen when posted by them to us.
