RETURNS POLICY
We are always happy to accept returns as long as the item hasn't been worn (except
for trying on) and is returned with any tags securely attached and original clear
packaging. Our returns policy is 14 days and we must be contacted within this time
if you wish to make a return or an exchange.
Please email us first, before returning any item(s) at
email ensuring to quote your order number.
We will then give you the freepost address (UK only) and instructions on how to
return your item for a refund or exchange.
RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS:
In the unlikely event that the Goods are faulty, please let us know as soon as possible
after delivery and within 14 days of purchase. We will then ask you to return the
Goods to us at our cost and once we have checked that the Goods are faulty, we will
either:
(a) provide you with a full or partial refund;
(b) replace the Goods; or
(c) repair the Goods.
If we deem that the fault is due to fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident,
or negligence by you or any third party, we will not replace, repair or refund the
item.
EXCHANGES:
All items have a comprehensive sizing guide on the listing, therefore please check
carefully before purchasing. In the event that the item does not fit, we are happy
to exchange for another size (subject to stock availability) as long as we are contacted
within 14 days of purchase.
If the size requested is not in stock, we will offer a full refund.
